For Brand Owners

Terms & Boundaries

This sprint covers one brand.

This is a strategic readiness sprint, not a full brand development project. It does not include brand book creation, naming, logo design, packaging design, copywriting, full go-to-market planning, distributor outreach, sales deck creation, investor deck creation, financial modeling, consumer research, legal review, compliance approval, or implementation support.

One round of clarification is included within 5 business days after the final memo is delivered.

Confidential materials may be required for the sprint to be effective. An NDA can be signed before materials are shared, using either your company’s NDA or one provided by our legal team.

If client materials are delayed, the sprint timeline may shift.
