By using this website, submitting a form, booking a sprint, or purchasing a service from us, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Who we are
OhBEV provides marketing, brand strategy, growth strategy, positioning, and advisory services for beverage, alcohol, and related businesses. Our Growth Sprint is a paid strategic advisory service designed to help clients review their brand, marketing, growth opportunities, positioning, and next steps.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
You agree not to:
misuse the website;
attempt to access non-public areas of the website;
copy, scrape, or reproduce the website content for commercial use without permission;
submit false, misleading, or unlawful information;
use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing or booking a Growth Sprint, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
If your business operates in the alcohol, beverage, cannabis, hospitality, regulated product, or age-restricted category, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our advice, materials, and recommendations complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, platform policies, and industry regulations.
4. Growth Sprint booking and start date
Before paying for a Growth Sprint, you must enter your preferred sprint start date.
Your preferred start date is not guaranteed until it is confirmed by OhBEV in writing by email or another written communication.
If your preferred start date is not available, OhBEV will offer reasonable alternative start dates. Your payment secures access to the Growth Sprint service, subject to scheduling confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may be shown in Canadian dollars, US dollars, or another stated currency depending on the checkout page or offer. Taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, and bank fees may apply and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Early-bird pricing
Early-bird pricing is available only for purchases completed before May 10, 2026, unless OhBEV extends, changes, or withdraws the offer in writing.
To qualify for early-bird pricing, payment must be successfully completed before the deadline. Merely submitting a form, starting checkout, requesting an invoice, or discussing a sprint does not reserve the early-bird price unless OhBEV confirms otherwise in writing.
7. No refunds
All Growth Sprint purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because sprint availability is limited and your purchase reserves time, planning, and strategic capacity, we do not provide refunds for:
change of mind;
scheduling conflicts after purchase;
failure to attend;
failure to provide requested information;
dissatisfaction with advice or recommendations;
decision not to implement the sprint output;
business outcomes that differ from expectations.
If OhBEV is unable to deliver the purchased sprint, we may offer a rescheduled date, replacement service, credit, or other remedy at our discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. OhBEV may, at its discretion, allow a one-time reschedule if reasonable notice is given. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to provide required materials may reduce the value of the sprint and do not create a right to a refund.
9. Client materials and information
To deliver the Growth Sprint, we may ask you to provide information about your brand, business, marketing, sales, audience, website, creative assets, financial assumptions, product, market, or business goals.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, lawful, and that you have the right to share it with us.
We are not responsible for incorrect recommendations or incomplete analysis caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by you.
10. Nature of advice
Our services provide strategic, marketing, brand, and business advisory input.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. Any comments related to legal, regulatory, advertising, alcohol compliance, platform policies, or business risk are general business observations only.
You should consult qualified legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or financial professionals before making decisions that require professional advice.
11. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any specific business result.
This includes, but is not limited to, increased revenue, increased sales, investor interest, distributor approval, retailer listings, ad platform approval, press coverage, brand growth, website conversions, social media performance, market acceptance, or regulatory approval.
You are responsible for your own business decisions and implementation after the sprint.
12. No liability for post-sprint actions
You are solely responsible for any action you take after the sprint, including business decisions, marketing execution, advertising, product claims, budget allocation, compliance review, hiring, creative production, distribution strategy, launch activity, or use of any recommendations we provide.
OhBEV is not liable for losses, penalties, claims, rejected ads, regulatory issues, business losses, reputational harm, or other consequences arising from your implementation or non-implementation of sprint recommendations.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, structure, design, frameworks, sprint materials, worksheets, templates, diagrams, and strategic methods, is owned by or licensed to OhBEV unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials we create specifically for you as part of a paid Growth Sprint may be used internally by your business for your own brand and marketing planning. You may not resell, repackage, publish, or distribute those materials as your own consulting product or public framework.
14. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep your non-public business information confidential.
You agree to keep any non-public OhBEV methods, pricing, frameworks, templates, documents, or recommendations confidential unless we give written permission or the information is already public.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
15. Third-party tools and links
This website may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling tools, analytics tools, advertising platforms, form tools, email tools, Google, Meta, and other services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, policies, security, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or a Growth Sprint is limited to the amount you paid to OhBEV for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

your breach of these Terms;
information or materials you provide to us;
your implementation of sprint recommendations;

Your continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
