1. All sales are final
All Growth Sprint purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a Growth Sprint, you acknowledge and agree that:
you are purchasing a limited-capacity strategic advisory service;
your payment reserves OhBEV’s time, preparation, planning, and availability;
you must enter your preferred sprint start date before paying;
your preferred sprint start date must be confirmed by OhBEV;
no refund will be provided after payment unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by OhBEV in writing.
2. Preferred sprint start date
Before payment, you must enter your preferred sprint start date.
This preferred date is a request only. Your sprint start date is confirmed only when OhBEV confirms it in writing.
If your preferred date is unavailable, OhBEV will offer reasonable alternative dates. Your purchase remains valid for the Growth Sprint service and does not become refundable because your preferred date is unavailable.
3. Early-bird pricing
Early-bird pricing is available only for purchases completed before May 10, 2026, unless OhBEV changes, extends, or withdraws the offer in writing.
Early-bird pricing is based on the date and time payment is successfully completed, not the date of inquiry, form submission, invoice request, call booking, or checkout initiation.
4. No refunds for client-side reasons
We do not provide refunds for:
change of mind;
scheduling conflicts;
failure to attend;
late arrival;
failure to provide requested information;
dissatisfaction with recommendations;
disagreement with strategic advice;
failure to implement the recommendations;
business results that differ from expectations;
changes in your business priorities;
changes in your budget;
cancellation by you after purchase.
5. Rescheduling
OhBEV may allow rescheduling at its discretion.

as soon as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. A rescheduled date must be confirmed by OhBEV in writing.
6. Missed sessions
If you miss a scheduled session, arrive late, or fail to provide necessary information in time, the sprint may proceed with the information available, be shortened, or be treated as delivered at OhBEV’s discretion.
Missed sessions do not create a right to a refund.
7. If OhBEV needs to reschedule
If OhBEV needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, availability, or operational reasons, we will offer a reasonable alternative date.
A reschedule by OhBEV does not automatically create a right to a refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. No guarantee of outcome
The Growth Sprint provides strategic input, analysis, and recommendations. It does not guarantee any specific business, marketing, sales, advertising, regulatory, financial, or operational outcome.
No refund will be provided because results differ from expectations.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, contact hello@ohbev.com
before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to provide these Terms, the Refund Policy, checkout records, confirmation emails, service records, and related communications to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.
