For Marketing Leaders

This sprint helps marketing leaders make sharper growth decisions before more budget, time, and team energy are spent. We pressure-test your current marketing activity, brand message, channel focus, campaign logic, and growth assumptions to identify what deserves attention now - and what may be quietly draining focus.

4 Live Strategic Sessions

Day 1 - Current State Pressure-Test
We review what is happening now, where the team is focused, what feels unclear, and which assumptions may be driving the wrong activity.

Day 2 - Brand, Message, and Market Fit
We pressure-test positioning, audience logic, messaging, category relevance, and whether the brand is showing up with enough clarity and commercial weight.

Day 3 - Channel and Activity Focus
We review digital, content, paid media, trade, retail, campaigns, and activations to clarify which activities deserve more focus, less focus, or a different role.

Day 4 - Keep / Cut / Fix / Fund
We define what should be kept, cut, fixed, funded, delayed, or questioned over the next 90 days.

Final Deliverable

By Day 5, you receive a written 90-Day Growth Priority Memo including:

  • Key findings from the sprint
  • Current marketing risks and weak assumptions
  • Growth opportunities identified
  • Keep / Cut / Fix / Fund recommendations
  • Channel and activity focus
  • Suggested 90-day priorities

  • Clear next-step recommendations

Terms & Boundaries

This sprint covers one brand.

This is a strategic pressure-test, not an implementation project. It does not include campaign creation, media planning, content production, design, copywriting, social media management, website work, consumer research, legal review, compliance approval, or ongoing execution support.

One round of clarification is included within 5 business days after the final memo is delivered.

Confidential materials may be required for the sprint to be effective. An NDA can be signed before materials are shared, using either your company’s NDA or one provided by our legal team.

If client materials are delayed, the sprint timeline may shift.
